The Challenge

The company was using multiple applications to manage its business operations. They wanted to consolidate their processes by migrating their entire operation to Salesforce while recreating the same functionalities provided by their existing applications within a single unified platform.

01 Complex Business Processes

The client had a highly complex operational workflow where multiple business processes needed to be managed and tracked in real time. Leads were being generated and managed through separate tools, and there was no standardized process in place. The lack of alignment between the sales and operations teams resulted in reduced productivity and impacted overall revenue growth.

02 Too Many External Applications

The client relied on multiple external applications that operated independently and were not integrated with each other. Separate systems were being used for lead generation, quote creation, and claim management, creating inefficiencies and confusion across teams.
