BACKGROUND

Business Overview

GTM CoPilot is a Salesforce AppExchange managed package service. It accepts various input criteria through the Discover APIs, which are used to return lists of either Contact or Account records.

Functionality

It is used by the Enrich API to retrieve GTM CoPilot full profile data by matching known Contacts or Accounts.

CHALLENGES

01 The Challenge

GTM Copilot also provides Account and Contact information. However, Salesforce Account and Contact records cannot be directly synchronized with their corresponding records in the GTM Copilot application. Before utilizing this API, it was difficult to easily discover and match all Account and Contact data stored within Salesforce.

02 Manual Data Matching

Users had to manually compare Salesforce records with GTM Copilot data, making the process time-consuming and increasing the risk of mismatched records.

03 Limited Data Visibility

Sales and marketing teams lacked a unified view of Account and Contact information across Salesforce and GTM Copilot, making it difficult to identify complete customer profiles and maintain data consistency.
