Account Engagement for Website Form Integration – Pardot
Client Requirement:
The client’s primary objective was to enhance their lead generation and follow-up process. They had a website with a form containing fields for First Name, Last Name, Email, and Phone Number. Users filling out this form could gain access to a product demo. The client wanted a seamless system to:
- Store form submissions as prospects in Account Engagement (formerly known as Pardot).
- Automatically create leads in Salesforce for sales team follow-ups.
- Send automated emails to prospects with a link to schedule their demo.
